Full Time: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm

Part Time: 11-7

About the Role:

As aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Richland Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address resident concerns

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care and service

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered by a physician

• Monitor and document patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse

• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
