Responsible for providing support to leaders and team members, this role includes administering employment policies, researching and investigating concerns, and making recommendations that promote positive team member relations. This includes conducting workplace investigations and counseling management on federal, state, and local laws to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. The Sr HR Generalist recommends effective solutions for addressing workplace issues and corrective actions, delivering service in a professional and efficient manner to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and an overall positive team member experience.This is a hybrid position
