An established and  growing estate planning firm is urgently hiring  Part-Time Appointment Setters to support expanding demand in our market. Our representatives  need you to keep their calendars full—this is a great opportunity for  students, retirees, and experienced professionals who enjoy talking with people and want steady, part-time work in a professional office  with room for growth .

This is an  on-site, IN-OFFICE ONLY position. No remote options.

What You’ll Do

• Call warm leads (retirees who have already expressed interest in estate planning services) using our autodialer
• Follow a proven script to qualify prospects and schedule appointments
• Set  qualified appointments for our field representatives based on location and availability
• Accurately document call outcomes and next steps in our system
• Professionally handle questions and basic objections using provided training and tools
• Contribute to a positive, supportive,  team-concept environment

What We’re Looking For

• Clear, friendly phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette
• Dependable and  reliable – shows up ready to work every shift
• Able to follow scripts, stay compliant, and remain professional on every call
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable with Windows-based programs and learning new systems
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player
• Confident communicator with basic negotiating skills

Compensation & Schedule

• $15.00 per hour + bonuses
• Weekly payroll
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with possible Saturdays as needed
