Description Job Summary: Assists the dietary cook in preparing meals for residents and operates the dishwasher.

- Assists the cook in preparation of meals and snacks.
- Assists in service of meals to residents in dining room.
- Operates automatic dishwasher and disposal.
- Returns clean items to proper locations and cleans work area.
- Utilizes high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Assisting other dietary staff in completing duties as needed.
- Ability to follow procedures and basic cooking directions.
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Willingness and ability to learn
