A bit about us:

A well-established law firm seeks Associate Attorney. Workers’ compensation experience is a plus, but not required. Other qualified candidates with litigation or insurance defense experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $100K–$125K
Location: Dover, New Hampshire

Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Develop case strategy and provide day-to-day client counsel
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from start to resolution
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and external parties to move cases efficiently and effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed attorney in New Hampshire
• 1-5 years of litigation experience (workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance defense, or related civil litigation experience)
• Interest in building a practice in workers’ compensation law
