Control Engineer

We’re looking for a Controls Engineer who’s passionate about building and optimizing industrial automation systems to join our team! If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving complex problems, and seeing your designs come to life on the production floor—this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do: Design and program industrial automation systems using Beckhoff PLC / TwinCAT Develop electrical control systems, panel layouts, and schematics Integrate HMIs, motion control systems, drives, and field devices Lead commissioning efforts both in-house and at customer sites Troubleshoot systems and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality machinery What You Bring: 3–7+ years of controls/automation engineering experience Experience with electrical system design and industrial networks (EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP) Background in motion control, VFDs, and system integration Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Travel: ~15–20% (domestic & international) Exposure to custom machinery or OEM environments is a big plus If you’re a hands‑on engineer who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle—from design to startup—we’d love to connect!
