Accounting Manager
Salary: $110K – $120K

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements
- Oversee AP/AR and manage month-end close process
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and bank activity
- Support audits across multiple channels (year-end, governmental, insurance)
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting policies/procedures
- Lead, train, and support accounting staff and divisional teams
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years' experience in accounting leadership (Accounting Manager or similar)
- Strong GL experience and month-end close expertise
- Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC a plus
