We are hiring immediately for Full-Time Sales Consultants at our well-known and established Rockford Store! 5 day work week. Come Join our friendly atmosphere.

Essential Functions:

• Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
• Assists in executing store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
• Monitor personal metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
• Commitment to company-provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations, and performance goals
• Support Management with system processing and inventory control
• Surpass minimum performance expectations and excel in all facets of our business
• Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company's mission and vision

10 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday | 10 am - 5 pm Saturday

Job Specifications:

• Retail experience - Required 1 year minimum (Commission based sales experience, preferred)
• Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive and self-motivated
• Positive, approachable, and empathetic
• Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills
• Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment

The job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight-bearing pressure tests on our customers. There is also I flight of stairs that will be used multiple times a day in order to reach the call center.

Position Type

This is a full-time position. Must be available for store operating hours, inclusive of weekends.
