Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join a dynamic team in a hospital setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a well-supported environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

General Information

• Location: Hermitage, TN
• Unit Name: 5th Floor
• Number of Beds: 33
• Patient Ratios: 6:1 during the day, 7:1 at night
• Unit Staffing: 3 technicians per shift, with a unit secretary available during the day
• Type of Equipment: IVs, Kangaroo pumps, SCDs
• Documentation System: Meditech

Scheduling Requirements

Staff will be required to work every other weekend, with a floating policy in place to rotate to other appropriate areas as needed.

Patient Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certifications Required: Relevant nursing certifications
• Advanced Skills: Must have advanced skills relevant to patient care on the unit
• Procedures Performed: Specific procedures conducted within the unit will be detailed upon hiring

Dress Code

All staff members are expected to adhere to a professional dress code, which includes the required uniform for the unit.
