Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, customs brokers, truckers, and customers. Prepare and process all import documentation including Bills of Lading, Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, and invoices. Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates to customers. Arrange customs clearance and ensure compliance with CBP regulations. Coordinate final delivery and resolve any shipment delays or issues. Accurately enter shipment information into the company's freight forwarding system. Invoice files promptly and ensure profitability targets are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and overseas partners. Ensure all files are completed accurately and closed within company KPIs. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in ocean imports within an international freight forwarding company. Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and import procedures. Experience handling shipments from A-Z. Understanding of customs clearance processes and CBP regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritise multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience using CargoWise or another freight forwarding system is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
