Associate Director, Project ManagementAssociate Director, Project Management Site PM Leader (Associate Director)Job PurposeThe Site Project Management Leader is accountable for portfolio-level delivery performance of customer projects at site level, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, on budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Customer AccountabilityGovernance, Meetings & EscalationPlanning, Risk & Delivery ManagementScope Change & Commercial AlignmentFinancial Oversight & Portfolio ReportingPeople Leadership & Capability DevelopmentSystems, Process & Continuous ImprovementCross-Functional & Site Leadership InterfaceSuccess MeasuresOn-time, on-budget project deliveryCustomer satisfaction and retentionEffective governance and escalation managementPortfolio visibility and forecast accuracyPM team capability, engagement, and consistencyCompliance with quality and regulatory expectationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline (advanced degree preferred)Formal Project Management training or certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / equivalent preferred)Demonstrated experience both leading client-facing, cross-functional project teams and delivering projects directly in a regulated environmentStrong working knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project, with the ability to support the PM team in core tool usageStrong commercial, financial, and customer-management acumenBehavioral & Leadership CompetenciesCustomer & patient centricStrategic thinking with operational rigorStrong communication and influenceRisk-based decision-makingAccountability and ownership mindsetAbility to lead through complexity and ambiguity
