EPPM Consultant

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong EPPM and Process Management expertise to drive enterprise-wide planning, governance, and execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of portfolio management, process optimization, and cross-functional program delivery . You will play a key role in establishing scalable frameworks, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes . What You’ll Do Lead and manage Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) processes and tools Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across multiple programs Ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic business goals Track portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies Process Management & Optimization Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end business processes Implement process governance frameworks and best practices Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives Standardize workflows and operating models across teams Program Execution & Reporting Manage cross-functional programs ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms Communicate program status, risks, and insights to leadership Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business, IT, and operations teams Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and leadership Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or Strategy & Operations Strong experience with EPPM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Primavera, MS Project Online) Proven expertise in process management, optimization, or re-engineering Experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios/programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr BrickRed Systems
