Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related sciences. Current Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist license or applicable permits, with certification such as ASCP, AMT, or AAB within 90 days of hire. Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and communication. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Key Duties Encompass Performing accurate laboratory tests independently. Maintaining quality control and instrument troubleshooting. Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards. Participating in performance improvement and inventory management.
