Position Summary: The functions of the Sales Administrator are to implement the plans and policies of the sales department; to provide team assistance in field-sales rep management, contract compliance and to manage, organize and control operations of assigned tasks. Essential Functions: Provide administrative assistance to sales management and staff as needed: including but not limited to sales reports, sales rep support etc. Manage Term Contracts: new contracts, reporting, and sending out new price list. Contract Reporting compliances: Ensure all required sales data and subsequent payments are reported in a timely manner. Manage all aspects of the RepLink sales resources site; including reports, newsletters, staff photos and other requests from the Education or Marketing Staff. Assist in completing bids. Manage completing bids. Assist with planning and executing the National Sales Meeting. Special projects as requested by National Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager. Support customer service functions and assist the Customer Service team. Experience and Knowledge Required: A two-year degree and/or related work experience that match the requirements of this position are beneficial. A high school diploma is required. Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with telephone etiquette skills. Ability to function within a team concept and demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers. Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance. Standard work hours are M-F, 8-5 pm. Occasional overtime work may be required. Occasional travel may be required.
