Lead Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration & Equipment

Americold

Americold is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor/Lead for our New Jersey site. You will oversee maintenance associates, lead troubleshooting and repairs of refrigeration and material handling equipment, and coordinate contractors to meet safety and performance standards. You will maintain preventive maintenance records, drive continuous improvement, and support technician development across shifts, while ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM and CMMS usage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Americold
