Establish short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the service department, within the Company's overall plans and policies Ensure that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the department Formulate annual and monthly sale/profit objectives and expense budgets in accordance with company objectives Review and appraise the results of the activities within the departments and take appropriate action as necessary Select, coach, lead, train, and supervise shop personnel Work to consistently improve CSI and performance of advisors Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Provides high-level service to both internal and external customers What You’ll Bring to the Team: 3-5 years of experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or related role in a dealership service department CDK experience is preferred Familiarity with customer service standards and processes Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal and time management skills Proven highCSI Extremely focused on following and guarding processes Service Manager: $130K - $180K Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts To learn more about us visit: We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
