Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Canarsie

Canarsie FNP Opportunity: $125K-$188K base, up to $45K performance bonus, and a $5K sign-on bonus . Practice a dynamic mix of primary and urgent care in a tech-forward environment where AI tools significantly reduce charting time to prevent admin burnout.

$125K-$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)

How You'll Make An Impact

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

Requirements

MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization
Active New York State NP license
Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)
EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
