What You'll Do Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near‑term and future hiring needs. Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent. Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers. Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes. Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity. What You'll Bring 3+ years recruiting experience in an in‑house environment. Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions. Advanced knowledge of relevant employment market trends. Proficient knowledge of common software engineering skill‑sets. Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow.
