Senior Technical Project Manager Lakewood, NJ | Full-Time | Onsite $100,000 – $125,000 (DOE) Join a growing organization in a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the internal projects, systems, processes, and operational structure. You’ll be the driving force behind cross-functional execution, ensuring projects stay on track, departments remain aligned, and operational initiatives are successfully implemented. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of cross-functional projects from planning through implementation Oversee internal operational and technology initiatives across multiple departments Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables with department leaders Drive projects to completion Build, document, and improve business processes and operational workflows Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and technology Implement new systems, tools, and operational initiatives Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate updates to leadership Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements that support organizational growth Qualifications 5 years of project or program management experience Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand business systems and technology Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable Comfortable creating structure, improving processes, and driving execution Ideal Candidate Has a strong project management background with a systems-oriented mindset Naturally brings organization and structure to complex environments Enjoys improving workflows and building scalable processes Can confidently coordinate across multiple departments Thinks critically, solves problems independently, and follows projects through to completion Is curious, dependable, and thrives in an evolving, growth-focused organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
