ABOUT ROLE

Schedule: 4-5 Days | Wednesday - Sunday

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations and lead our service team with professionalism, consistency, and heart. This is a full-time role requiring availability 4-5 evenings per week. The Hospitality Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support staff development, and maintain high standards of hospitality that reflect our values, you will work with both owners to create a warm and welcoming place for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support FOH staff (servers, bartenders, bussers, runners) during dinner service.
• Manage nightly floor operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient service flow.
• Oversee reservations, seating flow, and guest communication.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and hospitality culture.
• Monitor quality of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure alignment between kitchen and service staff.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and time-off requests.
• Manage end-of-shift reporting, cash handling, and closing procedures.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Serve as a key point of communication between ownership and staff.

Operations & Inventory

• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and equipment; place orders to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain and enforce kitchen safety and sanitation standards as per health regulations.
• Work with management to control food and labor costs and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality (restaurant, bakery, bar, or café).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairings is a plus.
• Availability 4-5 nights per week (primarily dinner shifts)..
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
