Description
Responsibilities:
- Identifies areas of opportunity for operational efficiencies, cost savings and profit margin improvements.
- Works with various departments to gather, analyze and prepare reports.
- Review labor plans to identify operational efficiencies.
- Research departmental variances comparing actuals against our plan.
- Assists in the preparation and monitoring of the annual operating and capital budget.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Write clearly and concisely while presenting information to management.
- Ability to interact with all employee levels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
- Exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise

Qualifications
Preferred
Must secure appropriate Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation Gaming License Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask Enrolled at a college seeking either a finance or accounting major Part time position Flexible hours Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge in Database and BI platforms Casino or Hospitality experience a plus Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Must comply with Casino Policies Must follow Safety Rules and Regulations Must adhere to Dress code and Appearance policies Practice good personal hygiene
