Responsibilities:
  • Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year


My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Ronkonkoma, NY and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
