Together & Strong Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. However, you will occasionally have the opportunity to engage with clients in our outpatient office in Tampa, if desired. Our work environment focuses on collaboration and support, with full administrative resources provided to allow you to concentrate on your clients. We utilize advanced digital technology for teletherapy, ensuring that you have the tools needed for seamless client interaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to tailor individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and challenges.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional and psychological well-being.

  • Facilitate regular therapy sessions with an emphasis on building trust and rapport, establishing therapeutic goals, and monitoring client progress over time.

  • Provide remote teletherapy solutions that accommodate clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring continuous access to mental health services.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, facilitating ongoing assessment and effectiveness of treatment.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and mentorship opportunities to stay informed of new therapeutic modalities and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents seeking guidance and support in navigating various mental health challenges. Your ability to adapt therapies to meet the unique needs of individuals from different backgrounds will be crucial in fostering client success and satisfaction. Together & Strong Counseling Center is dedicated to supporting clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and family conflict.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • \n
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to forge a strong therapeutic alliance with a diverse clientele.

  • Demonstrated empathy, nonjudgmental understanding, and the ability to create a safe space for clients to explore their challenges.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Previous experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms, showcasing comfort and adaptability in a remote counseling environment.

  • Experience working with various mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and family dynamics.

  • Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and electronic healthcare records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Together & Strong Counseling Center, we value our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
