Primary Care Physician - Greater Valley Health Center

Greater Valley Health Center (GVHC) has proudly served the Flathead Valley since 2007. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical, dental, and behavioral health services for all ages. Our sliding fee program ensures no one is denied care due to inability to pay, reflecting our commitment to health equity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health for patients for all ages
Maintain accurate patient records using GVHC formats
Coordinate referrals and hospitalizations with specialists and hospitalists
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with other providers
Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and CQI projects
Mentor mid-level providers and contribute to clinical policies
Uphold GVHC's mission and values in all patient and staff interactions

Qualifications

Licensed MD or DO in Montana with full prescriptive authoridy
No history of licensure suspension or disciplinary action
Passion for patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving diverse populations in a community-focused FQHC.
