Room Attendant

Hotel Bourré Bonne is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The Room Attendant plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests by ensuring guest rooms and suites are maintained to our high standards.If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and have a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest service, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoClean and prepare assigned guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and other guest room areas.Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean surfaces, fixtures, mirrors, and windows as needed.Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for guests.Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety concerns, and other problems to your supervisor.Follow proper procedures for lost and found items and guest property.Maintain and restock your housekeeping cart and supplies.Remove trash and soiled linens and transport them to designated areas.Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests.Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, security, and guest service.Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForPrevious hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.Professional and courteous communication with guests and team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:Stand and walk for extended periods.Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch frequently.Push and maneuver a housekeeping cart.Lift and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment.Repeatedly perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and making beds.Safely handle cleaning products and housekeeping equipment.Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.ScheduleHousekeeping operates based on hotel occupancy and business needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
