THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Crown Point, IN at Franciscan Health Crown Point.

THE FACILITY:
Franciscan Health Crown Point

CASES INCLUDE:
General, OB/GYN, GI, Orthopedic, Neurology, Urology, ENT, & Podiatry

We Offer:
Base Salary $293K -$304K
Increased compensation with call. Increased compensation with experience
Incentives, Stipends & $75K Sign on Bonus
Generous PTO - 8 Weeks
