Night Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Salary position, on site role. Sunday (2:30pm) - Thursday 3:45 pm - 12:30 am or until job is done. (40-45 hours a week). Up to 65K per year.

Uses computers, handheld electronic units, voice command headset. Use hand carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, and run shrink wrap machinery. Is dependable, punctual, accurate, and has quality to work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot any inventory issues.
• Assigning and overseeing task for the team.
• Pick and pack orders, work all departments of operation.
• Be able to multitask, have efficiency and work under pressure well.
• Physical demands, regularly move 25 pounds, move/lift 50 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, feel, talk, and hear.
• Reach, bend, squat, kneel, climb, and crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Supervisor 25-55 employees, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Maintain harmony among staff, conducts disciplinary actions, issues oral/written instructions.
• Provides input with reviews.
• Making sure all staff stay on task and answer questions/concerns that arise.
• Communicate with Sales Team daily and customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of database software.
• Ability to read, write, do mathematics, and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work as a team, quickly adapt, learn new skills and move independently.
