Compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential

Kokoromo Consulting LLC is expanding throughout Flagstaff and northern Arizona. We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who wants more than another sales job. This opportunity offers hands-on training, uncapped earning potential, renewal income and a clear path into leadership.

You will work directly with local business owners, schools and organizations to provide supplemental insurance benefits that help families protect themselves financially when accidents, cancer, heart attacks, strokes or other serious health events occur.

No insurance experience is required. We are looking for character, work ethic, coachability and the desire to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct employee benefit presentations and individual consultations
• Educate clients on supplemental insurance options
• Develop and manage a local northern Arizona territory
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
• Participate in team training, coaching and accountability
• Recruit, train and lead others as you advance into leadership

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Willingness to travel locally during the workweek
• Ability to pass applicable background requirements
• Willingness and ability to obtain an Arizona Life and Health Insurance Producer License
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required

Preferred Qualification

• Active Arizona Life and Health Insurance Producer License
