We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant knowledgeable of insurance billing for Richardson Clinic. Compensation is based on experience, Bilinguals and Experience with the EHR Medisoft system are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support the Chiropractor.
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.
- Escort patients to exam and therapy rooms
- apply therapy to the patient (will train)
- billing
- data entry for billing
- Answering telephone and scheduling patient
- Make ready patient rooms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD10 medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Medisoft EHR
- Dependable transportation to work.
