As one of the fastest growing companies in our industry, new opportunities are regularly available that enable our team members to develop, grow, and pursue their career passions.We are looking for a Wiring Technician in Salt Lake City, UT.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform wiring, running of conduitInstallation of crane electrical componentsRead schematics from engineeringRead, interpret and work from drawings from controlled documentation and processesWork safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for your position, well as all safety procedures required at your work-siteUse material handling equipment(overhead cranes and forklifts) to facilitate wiringMay travel locally to customer sites to assist with wiring installationWiring/soldering and assembling main and sub-assemblies including panelsRequired Skills/Abilities:The ability to run wire and making electrical connectionsAbility to read and understand schematicsKnowledge to bend and assemble conduitBasic electrical testing knowledge including the use of metersGood fine-motor skills and manual dexterityAbility to follow procedures and good communication skillsEducation/Experience:Completion of electrical apprenticeship program would be plus2 year electrical degree or associates degree in relevant field would be plusField experience troubleshooting and installing electrical connectionsPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.American Equipment Holdings is an organization of leading overhead crane and hoist, industrial weighing, and below-the-hook service providers in the United States.
