This is remote position but candidates must reside in the Columbia, MO area.

Location: Columbia, MO (Remote)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Order Processing Coordinator to support product database maintenance, order processing, and vendor communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain product information within company databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Review and verify product details to ensure data integrity and compliance with established procedures.
• Process and place orders with publishers and vendors in a timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain product information, verify order details, and track order status.
• Monitor and maintain database records, ensuring information remains current and accurate.
• Support pricing updates and documentation processes in accordance with established compliance requirements.
• Generate, prepare, and maintain reports related to product information and order activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments on database-related projects and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve data or order-related issues.
• Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, order processing, administrative support, database maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendance.
