Schedule details include five 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 15:30, unless otherwise agreed upon. Holidays and every other weekend are expected. Scheduled weekends off will only be approved if coverage is found, unless previously specified. Blocked scheduling must be agreed upon in advance. Training will be provided for charge nurse responsibilities. There is a possibility of floating to similar units within the facility. The hospital uniform policy for RNs is navy blue scrubs.
