Job Responsibilities: Contacting company provided qualified leads. Scheduling and managing appointments. Determining customers’ wants and needs. Offering a compelling product presentation Helping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home. Prospecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business. Documenting sales activities in our CRM. Follow up with prospects throughout the buying process. Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members Reporting to management. Job Requirements: 3 Years of documented B2C sales experience Strong verbal & written communication skills Strong presentation skills Proven Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) Proven proficiency using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
