You will assist the General Manager in various aspects of the business while creating an atmosphere that delights our fans. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality service and atmosphere. Train and coach crew members on best practices and restaurant routines. Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan and optimizing sales. Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction. Build a positive working relationship with all staff to enhance morale and productivity. Qualifications 1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in quick service. Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality skills. Ability to motivate and lead a talented team. Proficient in managing inventory and understanding financial performance.
