Eligibility Specialist

Providing exceptional customer service, the fixed-term Eligibility Specialist will verify benefits and eligibility for patients, manage inquiries from various stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation while working in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Review and confirm completeness of incoming referrals and FDA requirements Assist with reimbursement inquiries, including insurance verification and prior authorizations Conduct payer research and maintain accurate documentation of all inquiries Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center Computer proficiency in MS Office applications; database experience preferred Knowledge of health insurance claims, third-party billing, and medical terminology preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment Virtual Vocations Inc
