Your day as a Software Integration Project Lead involves helping our customers streamline their business processes by integrating employee information with their other systems. In this position, you're responsible for managing the full lifecycle of integration projects, from evaluation to documentation and support. You work closely with various teams, including partners, vendors, and our engineering team to ensure the success of each integration.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
• Conversant in software development and different integration technologies
• Ability to motivate teams

Experience with HCM or SQL Server would be a plus! You will need to be both strategic and detail-oriented, with strong listening and communication skills. Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members is critical, as is your ability to provide constructive feedback to promote product development.
