Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) is needed in The Dalles, Oregon. This role involves operating CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. The position offers night shifts with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, starting on October 12, 2026. The role requires a commitment to patient care across all age groups and adherence to confidentiality and safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Location: The Dalles, Oregon

• Schedule: Night shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week

• Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)
  • ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred in California and Oregon)
  • Venipuncture certification (preferred in California and Oregon)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging or equivalent

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certification in the modality of CT (required in Oregon and Hawaii, preferred in California)
  • Fluoroscopy license in California and Oregon
  • Venipuncture certification in California and Oregon

• Additional Information:

  • Performs routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment
  • Maintains accurate patient records, files, and billing information
  • Uses Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and teleradiology systems to transfer images
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients across the lifespan
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
