Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Catheterization Laboratory Technologist - New MexicoJob Opportunity – Catheterization Laboratory Technologist I – New Mexico Start Date: September 21, 2026 Location: New Mexico Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, Full-time position Highlights: Operate advanced catheterization laboratory equipment including fluoro imaging, digital image acquisition systems, and hemodynamic monitoring Support critical cardiac catheterization procedures in collaboration with physicians and medical teams Full-time role with consistent 4-day work week schedule Work with specialized technologies including IVUS, ICE, contrast injectors, and intra-aortic balloon pumps Serve as radiation safety representative ensuring patient and team safety during procedures Opportunity to develop proficiency in cutting-edge cardiovascular intervention technologies Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology, or Associate's degree in healthcare-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA only) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (AHA only) One of the following certifications preferred: RCIS, RCES, RCS by CCI; or ARRT certification in Radiography (R), Cardiac Interventional (CI), Cardiovascular Interventional (CV), Vascular Interventional (VI); or ARDMS certifications (RDMS, RDCS, RVT) State Licensure required based on modality (New Mexico: RRT or FUS by MIRTP NM) 0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to play a critical role in life-saving cardiac procedures while working with state-of-the-art catheterization laboratory technology.
