Supply Chain Analyst

Location: 4 days onsite at Sophia NC 27350 Duration: FTE Salary Range: $80k - $85k base salary Note: Travel: 25% - approximately 1 week per month will be spent at the Distribution Center in Houston, TX. Weekend: 1 Sunday per month - approximately 2-3 hours of work, typically remote, focused on validation activities. Support and troubleshoot Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and critical warehouse application issues that impact Distribution Center operations. Analyze system and transaction data using SQL, including pulling information from multiple tables to identify root causes and resolve issues. Partner with warehouse operations, IT, developers, and leadership to troubleshoot problems, communicate solutions, and drive issues through resolution. Support system enhancements, testing, UAT, releases, and post-deployment validation for warehouse applications. Analyze warehouse processes, document requirements/process flows, and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems, IT Application Support, or a related field. Strong hands-on WMS experience; Manhattan or other enterprise WMS platforms are acceptable. Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Warehouse Operations is required. Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis; ability to investigate transactions across multiple database tables. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred. Must be able to work 4 days onsite in Randleman, NC and be within a reasonable commuting distance; willing to travel to Houston approximately 25%.
