ThepositionforSeniorProjectManagertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectrical, frommarketingthroughprojectcloseoutandcustomerfollowup.Qualifiedcandidates will haveasuccessfultrackrecorddemonstratingacompleteunderstandingofproject managementresponsibilities,includingprofit,supervision,customerrelations,fiscal, andcontractmanagement. Responsibilitiesinclude: SupervisemultipleProjectManagerswhoaremanagingmultipleprojects. Manageupto$30million-dollarelectricalconstructionprojectsormultiplelarge projectssimultaneously. Decision-makingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcost,timeandperformance. Accountabilityforprojectplanning,execution,jobcosttracking,andjobclosure. Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports. Monitorandcontrolprojectthroughadministrativedirectionofon-siteforementoensureprojectiscompletedonscheduleandwithinbudget. Initiateandmaintainliaisonwithownersandothercontactstofacilitate projectactivities. Planaheadtopreventproblemsandresolveanyemergingones. Interfacingwithcontractors,vendorsandin-houseoperations. Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions. Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture. Minimum15years’experienceinselling,estimating,andmanaging multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineeringplus10years’ construction project experience; or in lieu of degree, 5 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on large projects, plus 10 years as a Project Manager required. Provenrecordofsuccessfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred. Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods,required. Musthaveprovenexperiencemanaging100k+man-hourprojects. Provenexperiencewithheavypowerdistributionsystems,instrumentation installation,andprocesscontrolandsystemintegration,required. ThoroughappliedknowledgeofprojectQA/QCproceduresandsystemturnover. Abilitytodemonstrateahighlevelofcompetencyinlabor,material,andcontractmanagement. Competencyinearned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors. Provenabilitytocompleteadetailed take-off and all required estimating for electrical projects. Relevantexperienceinelectricalsubcontractingisamust.
