Senior IT Portfolio Manager

To support the Army Headquarters, the full-time Senior IT Portfolio Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 IT systems, overseeing investment planning, budget alignment, and executive decision support, while requiring an active Secret clearance. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee an enterprise IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and budget decisions Lead the development and coordination of Organization Execution Plans (OEPs) to support government budget certification activities Analyze portfolio data to identify opportunities for system modernization, consolidation, or retirement, providing actionable recommendations to leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in IT portfolio management or related fields within the Department of Defense Demonstrated experience managing a large enterprise portfolio of IT systems Experience with IT portfolio rationalization and investment analysis Active Secret Clearance required
