365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Hattiesburg, MS area for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes serving the Southeast and extending into the Midwest and East. Candidates should be prepared to build safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role.

- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

Route details
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Southeast and into the Midwest and East
- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
