Key ResponsibilitiesPerform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needsand requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs.Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants.Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients.Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineProfessional Engineer (P.E.) License, or in active pursuit of licensureThorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm WaterManagement, Storm Water Design)Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorshipMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.Minimum of 1 year related work experience.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Work Environment/Physical DemandsHybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon managerdiscretion, job performance and work assignments.May require travel to local and regional client sites.Compensation Transparency In accordance with local requirements, the annual compensation ranges for this role are listed below by state or jurisdiction and reflect the applicable office location(s) within each.
