Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to patient health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Support and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
