Salesforce Platform DeveloperGavinHeath is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN looking to add a Salesforce Platform Developer to their team. The role is a contract position. Responsibilities include:Providing senior-level technical guidance to Salesforce development teams on coding standards, solution design, and development best practices.Designing, developing, and reviewing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integrations.Translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.Conducting code reviews and ensuring development meets established architecture, security, governance, and quality standards.Supporting development across multiple Salesforce environments and complex implementations.Serving as a technical escalation point for debugging, performance optimization, integration issues, and complex platform challenges.Reviewing vendor-developed solutions for technical quality, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.Participating in release planning, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support activities.Developing and supporting solutions utilizing Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.Documenting technical designs, development patterns, integrations, and solution recommendations.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience.Expert-level experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and sharing models, governor limits, and scalable development practices.Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.Experience with Agile development, Git/version control, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps/release processes.Demonstrated ability to review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance to other developers.Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs or complex enterprise Salesforce environments preferred.Public-sector and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience preferred.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification required or ability to obtain within the established timeframe.GavinHeath will extend equal opportunity to all individuals without regard to race, religion, color, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, disability, age, creed, ancestry, genetic information, or any other status protected under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
