Job Description
We are a staffing agency seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to work on-site at one of our food manufacturing warehouse clients. Not remote. This is a 100% in-warehouse role.
Work environment: This is a cold warehouse. You must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for the full shift (appropriate jackets and boots required).

Responsibilities:
Manage and separate receiving and shipping inventory (inbound vs outbound)
Receive, verify, and record incoming products and materials
Prepare and stage products for outbound shipments
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the system
Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and/or Excel
Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Communicate with supervisors and production to ensure correct stock levels
Follow food safety, quality, and warehouse SOPs at all times
Use electric pallet jack safely to move pallets and product
