What you'll get

$80,000-$100,000 annually, plus realistic monthly bonus potential

What you'll do

Guide and support your team. Provide ABA services in a variety of In-home and in-clinic settings. Model strong clinical practice for your Behavior Technicians and coach them so treatment plans are carried out consistently and with fidelity through supervision

Move each client forward. Conduct FBAs and design ABA programs that evolve with the client, pairing ongoing assessment with parent education and hands-on problem solving, in close collaboration with the broader care team.

Demonstrate flexibility. Stay composed and professional, adjust as circumstances shift, and keep looking for ways to grow.

Bring energy and openness to the team. Communicate proactively, take initiative, and help create a space where people feel safe sharing ideas and learning from each other.

Client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling are handled for you – so you can stay focused on clinical work

Study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses to help ensure your team is fully prepared.

What you'll need

1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a BCBA within the last 3 years

Valid BCBA credential/license, or in process, in state of practice
