- # Special Education Case ManagerApply: Manchester, NH: Full time: Posted Today: JR2880**Job Description:**In keeping with our mission, Easterseals provides exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunity to live, learn, work and play in their community.Easterseals Gammon Academy is a certified special education school for youth ages 9-21 that have educational disabilities. Student populations range from students with autism and other neurobehavioral challenges to students with mild cognitive impairments and students with social/emotional disabilities. Our school focuses on academic fundamentals as well as the use of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to help students develop behavioral and social skills. This skill-building occurs in a structured setting, supporting and reinforcing the students’ developing self-confidence and self-esteem.We currently have an opening for a **Special Education Case Manager** tocoordinate and implement all aspects of the treatment plan for all assigned students.
