Program DirectorThe Program Director works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to help kids succeed in life through sports! The Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service. What does your company do?ResponsibilitiesOversee & assist in the creation and execution of a business marketing planManage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coachesServe as a lead for all league-wide communicationsDevelop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sportsOversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinicsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualificationsExcellent communication & organization skillsHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsAwareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of playersPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsAbility to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekendsMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background CheckFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearWith over 3.5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs.
