Position Summary Senior Manager, Program Management (USA) – Bentonville, AR. Responsible for uplevelling the Product Organization by evolving the Product Rotational Program and developing/product training strategy. Integral part of the Product Operations leadership team, working closely with Product and HR leaders. What you'll do Convert interns into rotational management candidates and then into full‑time hires within Sam’s Club Product organization. Identify opportunities to elevate Sam’s Club Product, formulate plans, and execute on them. Analyze best‑in‑class pathways internally and externally to recommend deployment options. Democratize Product thinking across Sam’s Club by assessing opportunities and formulating options. Scale early‑careers initiatives to the broader product management population. Manage multiple stakeholders with competing and conflicting interests. Drive informed decision‑making and resolve critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to set goals, success criteria, and risk thresholds. Evaluate program performance by setting clear goals and measuring results. Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives. What you'll bring Track record of educating team members into high‑performance Product Managers and Leaders. Strong product knowledge and ability to develop effective paths to uplevel Product. Experience building leader support and advocacy throughout the work journey. Ideas for measuring progress of Product Org uplevel initiatives. Ability to promote work, build consensus, and advocate for resources. Preferred Qualifications Project Management certification. Background in Human Resources or Early Careers. Understanding of product management. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams. Experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. Compensation Annual salary range: $80,000.00–$155,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
